About us

Background

We were established in response to a need to provide high quality mediation and conflict resolution services for disputes. Our business comprises both professional ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. Accredited Mediators and Lawyers to bring professional mediation to you.

Location

The location of our main office north of Toronto enables us to offer our mediation service throughout the whole of the GTA. In addition our Mediators are mobile and because of their expertise are often required to travel out of the region which can be arranged in consultation with you.

Our facility

Mediations normally take place at our centrally located modern, high quality offices where a suite of rooms and rest area will be available for the duration of the meeting. Our facility has ample parking and is available 24/7. The accommodation also has full business facilities such as Wi-Fi, photocopying and fax. If necessary each party in the dispute will have their own meeting room to ensure privacy & confidentiality and the Mediator will move between these rooms throughout the mediation. Light refreshments will be provided by us. The ability to provide such accommodation is a key element in trying to keep overall costs down compared with externally resourced accommodation such as a hotel conference facility.

Where parties prefer to use their own facilities then all we ask is for travel expenses for our Mediator.

Our process is assured through the professional membership of ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. All our Mediators are in the very minimum Qualified Mediators (Q.Med) ensuring that you receive best independent advice supported by strict codes of professional conduct.

As members of ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. we have insurance to substantiate the highest professional integrity and to safeguard your position.

Privacy Assured

As Mediation professionals we are able to provide you with a forum to resolve your disputes without the need to 'go public'. This maintains commercial confidentiality and gives protection to your public reputation at all times.

We therefore offer up to 30 minutes free discussion in order that you can be fully appraised of the options available to you without risk. Through this process we can assist you to ensure that the route you choose is the right one for you.
