- All parties to sign and return a Mediation Agreement before the allocated appointment
- Pay the required fees.
Check the Logistics:
1. Date and start time of the Mediation?
2. Location of the Mediation?
3. Travel arrangements?
4. Who is travelling with whom? Book train tickets etc.
5. If there are any changes to the individuals attending the Mediation, inform all parties and us as soon as possible and well before the hearing.
